For over 20 years Roger Strickland, and his sons Jared and Roger, have committed themselves to handling your family’s construction or remodeling projects without fail.
Meet the Team!
Roger Strickland Jr.
Principal / Owner
In 1987, Roger Strickland’s father (also named Roger but the Sr.) gave his son an ultimatum- focus on school or commit to construction and get to working. His Uncle had a business in building homes and remodeling commercial property. Roger Jr. fit right in. He committed to honing his practical skills which included automotive repair. It was after a 10 years career as a crew leader and worker and after his father passed away in 1998 that lead Roger Jr. to start his own company doing construction projects for others. After that, he found himself helping folks repair and maintain their vehicles as an auto shop owner. Then, in 2008 as the world was changing during the Recession, Roger Jr. had no one to turn to, no daycare during the Summer, and he had a lot of skills coupled with a militaristic work ethic- so, he started a another construction company to help improve mid-Missourian’s property & home values. Roger Jr. enjoys building homes, hunting, riding ATV’s, and spending time with his family on their homestead in Auxvasse, Missouri.
Roger Strickland III
Project Manager
A “gotta be hands-on” kinda guy, Roger Strickland the III was born in 1995 and is a resident of Auxvasse. Having spent 16 years as a resident of Hallsville, he settled in closer to the family to work closer on the business so that his father doesn’t have to. Being outside is part of the passion that keeps Roger enjoying construction- the weather doesn’t bother him. As a hunter of deer, rabbit, turkey, and fish- he’s used to sticking it out through tough conditions to see the rewarding end result. One look at Roger and his body tells a story. As the most-tattooed team member- Roger has 9 tattoos and each means something special. Ask about them and he’d love to tell you more- and hear stories about yours, too.
Jared Strickland
Project Manager
As a dad of two kids, Jared wakes up every day intent on creating a future for them. Married since 2016, Jared and his wife live in Columbia but make plenty of time for family in Auxvasse. This car-loving-guy also loves seeing the look on a customer’s face when they’re satisfied with the job that’s been done. Those looks from customers fuel Jared to keep building, renovating, and improving commercial and residential real estate, everyday.

When small changes needed to happen, they worked with me on options. I had contacted other companies who wanted to charge me way more, based on the products they used. I wanted to use local in-stock products that are functional, quite nice, but clearly outside my ability to do the work. Mr. Strickland has a good eye and helped me work through choices.
